Trade Customer Requirements
To open an Hazem Shokry’s Trade account you must be a registered business.
Hazem Shokry’s Trade accounts are not suitable for retailers wishing to purchase items for resale.
Once you have opened an account, you are registered with us as a business customer and Business Terms and Conditions of sale apply to all transactions between you and us.
By purchasing any products through Hazem Shokry’s Trade and benefitting from trade discounts, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by and comply with the Business Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations & Change of Mind Returns
Cancellations
As a trade customer, there is no right of cancellation, refund or return once we have accepted your offer to buy the goods or service, unless, under the law of contract, you have a legal right to cancel and you are cancelling it for that expressed reason.
Returns
Change of mind returns are reviewed on a case by case basis and are subject to a restocking fee if approved. All change of mind returns are to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery Information
Our standard free delivery service is ground floor drop off and applies to England, Wales and some parts of Scotland. Location surcharges may apply.
We do have several premium delivery options available if our standard option is not suitable for your project.
